1. Nature of Our Products

All items available on TamStudio are digital products. This includes but is not limited to: music packs, sound loops, LUTs, visual effects assets, publishing toolkits, eCourses, and other downloadable resources. These products are delivered electronically via download links and are not physical goods.

2. No Returns on Digital Downloads

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be restocked or resold once delivered.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, previews, and technical requirements before purchasing to ensure the product is suitable for your needs.

3. No Refunds After Download

Once a product has been delivered to your account or download link has been accessed, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds simply due to:

4. Download Access and Technical Issues

In the rare case that you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your files (e.g., corrupted file, broken link), we are happy to assist you. You must notify us through our official contact form within 7 days of your purchase.

Upon validation of the issue, we may offer a replacement download or update the file if necessary. This does not apply to user-side technical issues such as slow internet, unsupported software, or device limitations.

5. Incorrect Product Delivery

If you have received a different product than what was described or purchased, please report the issue within 7 days of purchase via our website’s contact form. If verified, we will provide you with the correct version at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions to the Policy

While refunds are generally not offered, exceptions may be considered only under extraordinary circumstances, and at the sole discretion of TamStudio. These decisions are final and do not guarantee future exceptions.
